Keep in mind that both alh instances have to run in "global" mode to
access the records' ACKS fields, otherwise acknowledgement is done only
local, i.e. within the alh instance.
You can see the status of the alh in the lower left area of the Main
Window ("Execution Status").
"Global" is the mode intended for control room instances of alh that
should run sychronized, "Local" is the mode for running alh on a
personal office workstation, where you want to acknowledge the alarm
just for yourself.
