Sorry, no such interface exists at this point.
There is a program called "casw" in R3.14 that prints
a message each time that a CA server beacon anomaly
is detected.

I don't expect that a CA repeater failure would be
the root cause of premature disconnects. The CA
repeater's sole purpose is to fan out CA server
beacons to multiple CA clients on the same host,
and if the CA client library does not see any
traffic from the IOC including the IOC's beacon
then it will fall back to polling the IOC
periodically in order to verify its connection.
The more likely root cause of premature disconnects
might be any of the following:
o CPU saturation on the CA server
o Network or IP kernel congestion
PS: If CA clients are not reconnecting to a newly
available IOC then this *is* a symptom of problems
with the CA repeater.
