I recently downloaded the new epics 3.14.2 . The build went fine until entering the softIoc directory within src when I got
Expanding dbd
.../../../bin/dbExpand.exe -I . -I .. -I ../../../dbd .../softIocInclude.dbd > dbExpand.tmp
... is not recognized as an internal or external command
has anyone else seen this and got a fix ?
