Dear sirs,

I'm beginer of EPICS and having problems building 3.14.4 under Windows XP.  I have Windows XP with
Perl, Tornado 2.0.2 for VxWorks and VC++ 6.0 installed.  
Target arch is the vxWorks-ppc604, host arch is the win32-x86

When make encounters the first cl command it returns the following errors:
