Hi,

I had problem with the same C file but I didn’t use Tornado and so on.

Did you read epics\startup\win32.bat ?

My problem was solved by call …\Vcvars32.bat before make.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it in manuals.

Also you can use all power (breakpoints, check value, jumping to compiled error and so on) of Visual C++ for win32-x86.
