Hi Lifang,
you shouldn't have to set the EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST in that case, as using
a broadcast on the local network is the default behaviour when a CA
clients wants to connect.
Do you get the same results if you don't set the variable - neither on
the PC nor on the IOC?
