I've had this working but backed off the Hytec modules because I found
a PMC module with more channels/$$ (64 parallel 16-bit ADCs).
Also, IP modules are really slow whereas the PMC module sits on the PCI bus
allowing for much higher throughput. It features a FIFO and DMA engine.
I have RTEMS/EPICS drivers for this card (PMC16AI64SS by general standards inc.)

BTW: note that the hytec IP carrier driver's hotswap support isn't compatible
     with real-time critical applications.
