Ron Sluiter is the person responsible for the motor support. I will let
him answer this question.

Hi, Martin,
I am interested in getting a PMAC working under motor record. Where
can I find drivers for PMAC under the motor record? motorR4-9-4 from

does not seem to contain support for PMAC.
Thanks,

Hi Wayne,
I'm not sure if anyone has developed device support for PCI Delta Tau.
However, at Diamond we are using the Turbo PMAC2-VME Ultralite, using
standard VME crates and EPICS 3.13.9. Ron Sluiter (from APS) wrote the
device and driver support for the motor record - which is our primary
interface to the PMAC. We are also going to be using binary in/out and
analogue in/out to communicate additional information to the PMAC for
complex motions.

Subject: DeltaTau PCI Motor Control Boards and Linux
Hi,
We are looking at using the PCI version of the Delta Tau motor
control boards on the beamlines at the Australian Synchrotron
Project. The likely board at this stage is the Turbo PMAC2 Ultralite
PCI. Our standard IOCs are Linux based PCs, running EPICS 3.14.6.
I was wondering if anyone has done any work on developing EPICS
device support for any of the PCI Delta Tau boards under Linux?
Thanks,
Wayne Lewis
