Subject: question about Channel Archiver

Hello,

I used ArchiveExport to retrieve archived data of Channel Archiver.
When I use "-start" option, the time specified was not corresponded with retrieved timestamp. For example:
If I specified -start "06/22/2005 03:00:00", it really retrieved data started from "06/22/2005 10:00:00".
If I change EPICS_TS_MIN_WEST, the only difference is that the timestamp of the retrieved data is different.
Examples:

[huangson@Huangs]# ArchiveExport -start "06/23/2005 03:22:47.188486753" index TC:PS:B1:AI1:current
; Generated from archive data
;
Time    TC:PS:B1:AI1:current []
06/22/2005 22:22:47.188486753   0.225
06/22/2005 22:22:50.188567093   0.262
06/22/2005 22:22:53.188647433   0.300

[huangson@Huangs]# setenv EPICS_TS_MIN_WEST -480
[huangson@Huangs]# ArchiveExport -start "06/23/2005 03:22:47.188486753" index TC:PS:B1:AI1:current
; Generated from archive data
;
Time    TC:PS:B1:AI1:current []
06/23/2005 11:22:47.188486753   0.225
06/23/2005 11:22:50.188567093   0.262
06/23/2005 11:22:53.188647433   0.300

[huangson@Huangs]# setenv EPICS_TS_MIN_WEST -420
[huangson@Huangs]# ArchiveExport -start "06/23/2005 03:22:47.188486753" index TC:PS:B1:AI1:current
; Generated from archive data
;
Time    TC:PS:B1:AI1:current []
06/23/2005 10:22:47.188486753   0.225
06/23/2005 10:22:50.188567093   0.262
06/23/2005 10:22:53.188647433   0.300

Why? I have defined EPICS_TS_MIN_WEST (-420) and EPICS_TS_NTP_INET (localhost) in $EPICS_BASE/config/CONFIG_SITE_ENV.
btw, EPICS is 3.13.8
     Channel Archiver is 1.10.2

Best wishes and regards,
Huang song
