Can you set the DOL to '1' and use closed-loop control, rather than the
default supervisory.

I have a BO where every time I trigger it, I want to output a constant
value. Since the .VAL field can't be set to a constant through vdct, is
there an easy way to force it to have a '1' value all the time?
