Hi Emmanuel,
you probably need an elog which can be fed by scripts but is this the
only requirement? (access methods retrieval methods...)

In our case you can create entries by eMail (including attachments -
which could be a screen dump).

ScreenDump is also available from within CSS - sending the screen dump
and a message to our eLog and/ or a 'normal' eMail account.
