The vlinac uses a sequence program (source is in the src directory) that monitors all of the individual BPM readings, assembles them into a convenient waveform, and writes the waveform to a "soft" waveform record for all the world to see. A sequence program can connect to PVs in several IOCs, so this is one way to do what you want. I suggest that it also create a second waveform to be used as the X axis (on medm) to give the plot more meaning.
