Subject: problem about cross-compiling vxworks for vxWorks-pentium under windows xp

hi, all:

Has there anybody tried cross-compiling vxworks using visual C++ 6.0 and without cygwin? Can you give me some help? I tried this, but it poped up a message box to reminder me that cygwin1.dll was not found. I try to grep where cygwin was defined, but can't find. Surely with cygwin, it's easy to make. but I want to compile it without cygwin. :(
