Your change is correct, I just added that line to the CVS version â 
thanks reporting it.  The CVS version of Base is not an official release 
and has not necessarily been built on all platforms let alone tested, so 
it can contain build problems like this.  Unfortunately this means that 
the following is probably a bug, which one of the other developers with 
Windows expertise may have to diagnose and fix.  I don't think it's an 
EOL issue given the error message reported:

Base includes its own copy of the antelope and flex libraries, so it 
won't need/be using your bison or flex.
