A quick clarification.
The document to which Andrew referred:

describes how to convert an application or support module from the
R3.13 build environment to the R3.14 build environment. If you have
an EPICS support module that you want to get working on vxWorks with
R3.14 then this is the document to use.
The document to which I referred:

http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/wiki/index.php/How_to_make_your_EPICS_driver_operating_system_independent

is a quick outline of the changes needed to convert a vxWorks driver
to work with vxWorks or RTEMS (or uClinux, I suppose). You'll need to
also make the changes noted in the document that Andrew mentioned to
be able build in the EPICS R3.14 environment.
