Hello, every one.

We use hytec 8002 and 8401 to collect the data from ion chamber. I already obtained the driver and compiled. My os is Scientific Linux 4 and Tornado2.2, epics version is 3.14.8.2.
I am stucked in the following error:

I am wonder what is the Hy8401ip A16 device. What is the possible reason for this error?
