Its still at a development stage but as part of our move to linux I have 
a driver for the TEWS TPMC810 CANbus  interface.
We run linux on a GMS Condor which is a VME Single Board Computer with 
one onboard PMC slot.

The Linux device driver is available from TEWS technologies
The EPIC driver support software is adapted from a vxWorks driver for 
the TIP810 (industry pack) by Andrew Johnson
For use in a PC, TEWS have a PMC to PCI adapter (TPC1270)
