Title: Compiling problems building EPICS base 3.14.10 on cygwin-x86

Hi,

I tried to compile EPICS base 3.14.10 on a windows computer with cygwin
I followed the install instruction, and compilation started correctly but
after a fews minutes, I had the following error messages:
