Patch for alarm.h in 3-14-11

Title: Patch for alarm.h in 3-14-11

There was a change in two string arrays in alarmString.h where the names alarmSeverityString aand alarmStatusString were changed to epicsAlarmSeverityStrings and epicsAlarmConditionStrings, respectively.

To make it compatible with the original names, there are defines in alarmString.h the equate the old name to the new name.

This change did not get propogated to alarm.h, so building extensions (like ChannelArchiver) that use the old names fail when trying to reference the strings.

Included is a patch to 3-14-11 that corrects alarm.h.
