Actually all external accesses to the APS web server are failing at the 
firewall, the website still works fine from the inside.  I am aware of the 
problem but I don't expect any response from IT to fix it until they start 
work, which could be 3 hours from now.

Sorry, I will mention in my report that this has happened rather too much 
recently...
