Good; yes, the epicsTimeTest routines use (and test) exceptions, your failures
match our solaris-x86_64-gnu experience. That was using gcc 4.2.1 BTW.

I'm going to be installing vxWorks 6.8 this afternoon, and will try and
remember to report the results of testing that version.
