In fact I do not have “dropins” folder? So I copied the jar file in the “plugins” directory but as you explained in your article this not the right way. So I created a “dropins” folder to copy my jar file.

Unfortunately it does not work also and I realized that I do not have in my CSS version the “org.eclipse.equinox.p2.reconciler.dropins” plugin as explained in the article mentioned by Kay (http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/cs-studio/wiki/UpdateRepository).

So I will try to install the SNS CSS product instead of the ITER version.

Did you copy the jar file to the “dropins” folder under CSS directory?

I copied your jar file to my CSS/dropins directory.  And then started CSS and found that your widget works great except the widget icon might be too large ;)
