I am thinking of creating a version of drvAsynSerialPort for win32-x86.
Before I do I want to make sure I'm not reinventing the wheel. Has
anyone else done this?
I found the rlserial.cpp library
http://pvbrowser.org/pvbrowser/sf/manual/rllib/html/classrlSerial.html
which is part of pvbrowser:
http://pvbrowser.org/pvbrowser/
rlserial.cpp implements the identical API on Linux, WIN32 and VMS (!).
I was planning on using the WIN32 code as an example of how to talk to
serial ports on Windows, but not using rlserial.cpp itself.
