Some of those Clang warnings are new to me and interesting, a few others are

As Eric said, those messages are all normal, they come from tests of routines 
that send output to stderr when they fail.  The tests are expecting the 
failure in all cases, we just haven't written code to suppress or redirect the 
stderr output.  The pass/fail result of the test is always definitive.
