Josh,
I don't know, but it's weird that you have

-ID:/epics/synApps_5_6/support/seq-2-1-3/dbd

and not any of the others.  The only way I can get that result is by commenting out all the other modules in configure/RELEASE.

I am attempting to build the Measurement Computing support on a windows box with Visual Studio 10. I have successfully built base (3.14.12.2) and synApps (5.6).

During the build for measCompR1-0, the following errors cause failure during the dbExpand portion:
