CSS BOY has array support.
You can _display_ numeric waveforms as a trace in a plot.
That is fine for the data we would like to see in a plot, ..
There's also an array widget wrapper that allows you to for example assign
a "slider" to each array element for editing them, see
http://cs-studio.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/cs-studio/cs-studio-3.1/raw-file/
tip/applications/plugins/org.csstudio.opibuilder/html/ChangeLog.html
.. and this is what operator will need for those waveforms that are not
meant to be plotted, but merely contain a set of values.
I'm not quite sure how an operator would most commonly want to access
lets say an array of strings in a GUI. I'm wondering because our IOC
will provide such records.
Thanks!
