Hello, Thanks for the response. Good thinking too. It is one of our machines that has a firewall blocking outgoing signals. As a temporary solution I'm allowing all computers that need to access the affected epics channels through the firewall. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out a more elegant solution as well.
