Hello,
I am trying to use EPICS RDB archiver on Windows 7. So far I manage to prepare Configuration tool and Engine products. I have configured DB scheme “archiver“ (just for 2 PVs for now) and started the engine. Everything goes well, but the
archiver does not connect to the EPICS PVs (I can see Read timeout error in the log and it is also stated by the webserver.). Does somebody have any idea what needs to be configured to enable the connection to the EPICS PVs ? I have tryed to turn off the firewalls
to be sure the communication is not blocked.
I will be thankfull for any advice.
Cheers,
Mike
