The copyright remains with the entity as listed.
The wording of the copyright describes the terms and conditions.
To whom the software "belongs" is not covered by the copyright.

For these type of matters, I take the advice of our legal team.
They provide the copyright wording for us to use.

As others have stated, suggest we all do the same.
