Did you or someone at your site write the devices support for the ADC
card? I don't think it (or some other device support in your IOC) is
working properly, but unless you tell us a lot more information about
the IOC (what OS is it running on, what hardware is connected to it,
where did the ADC device support come from, what version of EPICS Base
you are using, show us all the messages that appear as the IOC boots up,
etc.) I don't think the community will be able to help you fix this.
Do you have access to anyone else locally with more EPICS expertise? I
can't spend the amount of time I think this might need to help you over
email. If you are part of the ITER project you should use the ITER
technical support channels to help you.
