The PVTable is a CS-Studio app, so in the CS-Studio online help you can read about it.

I wasn't aware of that video. Turns out the same author also has videos on a lego car ride and how to pronounce the name Szoszkiewicz in Polish, English, French, and Latin, in case you might need that.
