In C/C++, is there any way to access the list of functions registered to the IOC? The IOC shell keeps track of them using a linked list, but that is local to iocsh.cpp. The
information is also stored in a global hash table, but requires an ID pointer that is private to the IOC shell in order to access the functions the IOC has stored in said table.
