In other words, I want to use XY graph widget to display the historic data getting from the database, can the widget achieve the goal. Do I need programming ?

Hi, 

    I use the pre-configured for the SNS Office version of CSS (sns-css-4.1.1), and I intend to plot the values of live PVs and historic PVs in XY Graph widget. 

    I have tried drag the pv name on the XY graph widget and only the values of live PVs could display, and when refreshing the widget all the values are cleared.

    I want to consult you that how the XY graph widget achieve the same functions as that of Data Browser widget. The funcitons include getting the values of historic data by random time intervals from mysql and display the raw data or optimised data and so on.

    Any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance.
