Yes, but these records are a bit different from longin:

For mbbi/mbbo/mbbiDirect/mbboDirect we have:
- MASK field of the record
- SHFT field of the record

For longin we have:
- no MASK field in the record
- no SHFT field in the record

devAsynUInt32Digital provides:
- mask contained in the INP field
- no information about shifting contained in the INP field
