There is also the higher-end PandaBox.  This also an opensource hardware project with EPICS support.

Is this something that you already have any want to use? If so, drivers for what? Epics?

 

If this is for a new project that you don’t already have hardware for, there are more recent/modern FPGA implementations that are slightly more off the shelf solutions. i.e., EPICS softGlue.
