Searching the Tech-Talk archives, I found:

so tried adding:

  USR_LDFLAGS_WIN32 += /NODEFAULTLIB:LIBCMT.lib

to:

  <nullhttpd>/src/Makefile

I don't know if that's the right thing to do, but it seems to let the
build advance further.

Now I'm getting the following error (the full output is at the end of
this email):
