Hi Mark and Lewis—

I sent my email with the CSS link at 18:56 (local time) yesterday. ORNL had an unplanned site-wide network outage at ~19:05. 

Email service is back (yay!) just recently. The web link should be available now (or at least in the next few hours as the remaining services are brought online).
