Sorry for the long delay in responding, now that last week's
Collaboration Meeting is over I'm trying to catch up on items in my INBOX.

That patch file was bad, I didn't generate it properly.
I have replaced the original fix-ipAddrToAscii.patch with a new version
that applies correctly to Base-3.15.5 using 'patch -p0'. Please let me
know if you have any more problems with it.
