Anton Mezger has built enough of libCom and CA to get caQtDm to run on
Android - there is an APK file for it available for download from
http://epics.web.psi.ch/software/caqtdm/
However I wasn't able to get his patches that added the new target
integrated into Base, I couldn't even find a cross-compiler for RHEL at
the time although I might not have looked too hard. I don't know how
much more porting work would be needed to run a full IOC.
