The 7.0.2 release 

 - Updates all epics java libraries to be compatible with jdk 8  & jdk 10

 - Bug fixes to pvAccess and pvData libraries

 - Provides a new version of the jca library with its pure java implementation packaged within.

 - New modules (available separately) epics-util, epics-vtypes, and gp client which provide various functionality to simplify development of channel access/pv access applications and services .
