If you want stream then the 336 is included here https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/EPICS-lakeshore from our code - based on work by ORNL and Diamond from a quick glance.

The EPICS ip module has non-stream support for the LakeShore 331:

   https://github.com/epics-modules/ip/blob/master/ipApp/Db/LakeShore331.db

It has stream support for the LakeShore 335 and 336.
