I'm running into this same issue as my system recently updated to firefox 60.

Any info on progress toward updating the APS certificate?

Could you please check with your colleagues in IT if they have any plans
to switch to a better cert?

Replacement cert requested, don't know how long it will take them given
that we'll be going into shutdown next week so IT are busy preparing for
that, but hopefully it won't be too long.
