Dear all,
Registration and abstract submission for the EPICS Collaboration Meeting at ITER in June are now open. Please come and contribute!
For booking accommodation from the reserved contingents at reduced prices, please note the deadline of 15 April 2019 for this offer.
Other than originally planned, we have been asked that "not a single euro" of regular budget be spent on this event. We cut cost wherever possible, but still have to charge fees that are higher than usual for Collaboration Meetings. We're sorry, but unable to change that situation.
Therefore:
The sponsorship options are still available - please help us provide the meeting budget with a contribution! With enough support, we might even be able to add cookies back to the coffee breaks...
Note: With the registration, we are asking for the data needed to apply for a visitor badge to access the ITER site. As part of this data, you will have to provide a scan of your Passport or National ID - please make sure you have that scan ready when registering.
We are looking forward to see you at the meeting!
