Hello,
I am very much just getting a handle on EPICS as a whole. This may seem like a trivial question but after trying for a number of hours I have not gotten any closer to my goal.
I am currently building a device that needs precise temperature control and I would like to implement PID control into my IOC. I would like to use the "epid" record but I cannot seems to get it installed. Ideally, I would like to keep the whole system relatively lightweight and install only the modules and their dependencies, rather than the whole synApps package.
How could I go about doing this? Thank you,
~ Chris
