Hi,

Based on Steffen's suggestions, I modified the source code and it seems start to work(barely).
In short, do 'FRF' (perform a reference move) then 'SVO 1 1' (enable servo/closed-loop).
Though the source code looks like spaghetti now.

The controller at my hand does support 'TRS?' command, and the document says so.
I think that whether the E-712 controller supports 'TRS?' depends on the firmware version.
However, I have no idea what is the relationship between supported commands and firmware versions.

Best regards.

Steffen,

I can create a branch in motorPIGCS2 with the suggested changes for
LiangChih, to make it easier to test.

How do we find out if the 'TRS?' command is available for all E-712 models?

Kevin
