Hi Patrick,

Yes, IHEP, Beijing, will host the Spring 2020 EPICS Collaboration Meeting
with tentative dates of May 30 to June 5. The meeting site will be on IHEP
campus where is within the City of Beijing, about 15 kilometers from the
Forbidden City. We are still finalizing the satellite workshop selection and
the meeting's Indico web site is under preparation. Maybe I can take the
opportunity here to survey the workshop selections. At this moment, we have
3 likely workshops: microTCA, Machine Learning for Controls, and
Relational/non-relational databases, and several other candidates such as
Beamline Controls, Timing Systems (including both MRF and WR), Machine
Protection, and Web and Mobile Apps. If you have any suggestions/comments,
please feel free to let us know.

Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you in Beijing soon. The
meeting web site should be available around mid-February. Stay tuned...

The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) near Beijing has volunteered to
host the spring 2020 EPICS Collaboration Meeting. Preparations are underway
now and I would anticipate an official announcement with the confirmed date
and website soon.
