I did find that there is a driver that works with servo motors, but not steppers, which is what I needed. Rob Henning is the one who told me about it, so hopefully he can point you to the source.

Subject: ThorLabs motor driver
Hello,
On Thu, 24 May 2018, Mark Rivers has asked “Has anyone written a driver for the ThorLabs Kenesis line of controllers, for example the KDC101? These are small USB controller blocks.“
I cannot find any subsequent correspondence regarding this question. I have several of these motors and I want to set-up IOCs in my lab. Is there instructions how to setup an IOC for a ThorLabs KDC101 controller?
Best,
Valentyn
