The versions of EPICS and ASYN you are using are around 9 to 10 years old and not supported anymore. StreamDevice, too?

Please, before asking for support, update to more recent, supported versions. It will make it a lot easier for people to help you.

Also:

Do not build and run your IOCs as root. There is no reason to do that, and it may create a security hole.
