I suppose it is ironic that my attempt to enable relocation of softIoc* should
backfire in this situation. I assumed that the entire build tree would be
copied so that the softIoc executable(s) and corresponding .dbd files would
maintain their relative locations. The ../../dbd/softIoc*.dbd you see is
relative to the directory containing the executable, not $PWD.
