I wrote simple Stream support for the L&C Technology HG-100 Humidity Generator.  I don't know how similar that model is to the RH-200, but it might give you a start.

We are looking to integrate the L&C Science and Technology RH-200 Humidity Generator into our control system.  Our current unit communicates via USB however we have options to modify this method and prefer to steer away from USB, go to serial or Ethernet.  Would there happen to be any public device support available for this device?
